Hrithik and Kangana triggered media attention when they slapped legal notices on each other in 2016.

Milind Soman’s young girlfriend:
51-year-old supermodel Milind Soman was trolled relentlessly for dating an “18-year-old” air hostess,

The ex-lover of Nawazuddin, Niharika Singh, accused him of painting an unflattering image of her in his

with candles, or desperately calling him and mailing other women on his behalf, I can only laugh.” He
had to withdraw his book after a complaint filed by Niharika.
Mira Rajput’s comparing her child to a puppy:
The young wife of Shahid Kapoor left many women seething in anger with her comment “I love being at
home, I love being a mother to my child. I wouldn’t want to spend one hour a day with my child and rush
off to work. Why did I have her? She’s not a puppy. I want to be there for her as a mother.”
Sonu Nigam shaving his head:
Sonu Nigam posted a couple of tweets where he expressed his anger towards Azaan (Muslim’s calling out

To which the bold actress responded, “The idea is to create awareness on the subject; it’s the need of the
hour. I am doing no wrong by endorsing condoms.”
This list would have been incomplete without a mention of the most vandalised movie of the year,
“Padmavati”. This Sanjay Leela Bansali movie is still caught in a maze of controversies for an alleged
dream sequence between Rani Padmavati and Alauddin Khilji. The Rajput Karni Sena threatened to chop
off Deepika Padukone’s nose if the movie gets released.
