The magician owns 11 islands in Bahamas. He bought Musha Bay also known as The Islands of Copperfield Bay doe $15m in 2007. The resort and rental units for private getaway have been rented out to several famous people, including Johnny Depp, John Travolta, Oprah Winfrey, and Bill Gates.

Said to be one of the largest privately-owned islands in the South Pacific, Mago island in Fiji was bought by Gibson in 2005. He has made a small getaway residence for himself and has left rest of the island untouched. The island was featured in an episode of 30 Rockentitled ‘Operation Righteous Cowboy Lightning.’
