The recipes are carefully crafted keeping in mind the macro and micro nutrients required for a healthy balanced diet. Try these fresh and wholesome delicacies specially designed for healthy foodies.
1. COUSCOUS AND PEARL BARLEY SALAD
Soak barley overnight & boil for 30 minutes. In a pan take hot oil, add garlic, sauté & then add couscous and water, cook for 5/6 minutes, chill and keep aside.
Blanch snow peas & broccoli in hot water for 2 minutes, cool and keep aside. In a mixing bowl add olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, lemon juice & stir well.
Add all the ingredients in to this dressing. Top with bajra puff & pomegranate. Serve chill.
2. MIX FRUIT SHAKE
Add fresh fruits, strawberry crush, orange crush, ice cubes and milk in a mixing
jar. Mix well and serve chill.
